The EKG Group, LLC
EKG was founded in 2017 as a IT Advisory for non-profits and a few "friends and family" but after 2019, when Keurig and Dr Pepper Snapple merged, our founder took the opportunity to expand. EKG is an independent, privately funded Texas corporation specializing in all things technology from strategy to operation, including but not limited to:

​About our Founder
​
Gerry Mecca is an enterprise technology executive who has spent more than four decades helping complex organizations modernize, integrate, and perform under pressure. He has served as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of IT for global consumer brands including Keurig Dr Pepper, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Cadbury Schweppes, Tropicana Brands Group, and Datascan Inc..
He is not a technologist who learned business.
He is a business leader who uses technology as an instrument of performance.

Across Fortune 500 enterprises, private equity carve-outs, and mission-driven institutions, Gerry has led technology organizations supporting $2B–$10B+ revenue operations, global supply chains, and highly distributed field sales networks. His career has been defined by transformation moments—mergers, separations, failed implementations, restructurings, digital reinvention—and by the steady, disciplined execution required to navigate them successfully.
As part of the PWC's expert advisor network (EAN), Gerry is best known as a Fractional CxO helping CEOs and other leaders through technology decisions while in the formative stages of business, where full-time tech leadership might be considered a luxury. He is also a University of Texas at Dallas Adjunct Professor of Technology, a certified Consumer Products Thought Leader, Author, Coach, and Keynote Speaker.
